Residence Pino – One Bedroom Apartments

Unwind and relax in the sun at this 1st floor apartment for 4 on the outskirts of Torre Lapillo on Italy’s beautiful Ionian Coast

Nestled in the village of Boncore, a 20-minute walk from the beach the property is situated in Pino Residence, a small resort with a large pool, on-site restaurant and a bar. This is the ideal escape for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.

The apartment is reached via an exterior staircase onto a covered balcony, which serves as an outside dining room. Inside the open plan living space is furnished with a sofa, a digital flat-screen TV, a dining table and a new, fitted kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, a fridge freezer and a Mokka coffee machine.

Sleeping

The airy bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.

The marble bathroom has a hydro-massage shower, basin, bidet and WC

Pino Residence consists of 6 private apartments with 3 bedrooms, 6 apartments with 2 bedrooms and 6 apartments with 1 bedroom, making it ideal for larger groups. The assigned apartments may slightly vary from the photographs.

Location

The beach at Torre Lapillo (a 20-minute walk) is known for its soft sand and crystal-clear waters. The beach’s gentle slope makes it ideal for children. At 1.3km long, it is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. The town itself has everything holidaymakers might need during their stay. Supermarkets, smaller food shops and a wide range of restaurants and pizzerias to suit all ages and budgets.

The neighbouring resort of Porto Cesareo also has beautiful beaches and lively nightlife. The town’s weekly market (Thursday) is the best place to find the finest local food, including olive oil and a variety of cheeses.

Further down the Ionian coast, the historic town of Gallipoli (35 minutes) is a very popular tourist destination during the summer months. In Greek, Gallipoli means “beautiful city” and the town does not disappoint. The town’s ancient walls soar over the harbour and fishing port. There is a daily fish market where if you go early you can pick up the freshest catch of the day.

The closest international airport is at Brindisi, a 55-minute drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2026 to the 31st of October 2026
