The property is located in the historic centre of the picturesque town of Riva del Garda on the northern tip of Lake Garda close to the town's quaint boutiques, artisanal shops and historic landmarks including, the Apponale Tower (a 1-minute walk) and MAG-Museo Alto Garda, a medieval castle with archaeological displays and paintings (a 4-minute walk). Sun seekers can head to Spiaggia Riva del Garda (a 10-minute walk) and Spiaggia Sabbioni (a 12-minute walk).

Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lake side cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake. There are also hiking areas like Sentiero del Ponale, an 11-minute walk, and Tagliata del Ponale, a 26-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the apartment.
