Inside, the open-plan living space centres around the kitchen and is furnished with a dining table and a flatscreen TV. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker hob, an oven and a fridge freezer. A cool loggia provides an additional alfresco extension to the internal space with plenty of comfortable seating, the ideal spot for evening aperitifs.

Villa Pescoluse is ideally located on the Ionian coast in the seaside resort of Percoluse, a 3-minute drive from the renowned Pescoluse Beach, known for its soft sands and clear waters.

It sits between Torre Pali, just a 7-minute drive away and Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of the Salento Peninsula, reachable in 12 minutes. The coastal resort of Torre Vado is also a 7-minute drive away, celebrated for its pristine beaches and crystal-clear waters. The marina here offers boat rentals for exploring the coastline.
