In agreement with the owners, it is possible to use 1 free parking space in Florence at Porta Romana. Tourist tax is paid at the time of booking. Heating: €10 per day to be paid at the time of booking from 1015 to 0415. Air conditioning: €5 per day to be paid at the time of booking from 0601 to 0930. Cleaning: €60 per stay to be paid at the time of booking. €250.00 security deposit by credit card is required. Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.
