Situated on the ground floor of a three-story building, the apartment's interiors feature a well-equipped open-plan kitchen-diner with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. The cosy living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to a lovely terrace, making it an ideal space for unwinding.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden and a shared heated pool (till 15th October), perfect for soaking up the sun. The terrace, offering lake views, provides an inviting space for al fresco dining with outdoor tables and chairs. There is also a small shared playground for children.

Please note that the pool is heated at 27 degrees till 15th October. Guests must bring linen for the cot. There is a Nespresso-style coffee machine available, but it does not come with compatible pods; guests can purchase these from the owner. An American coffee machine is also provided.
