Quietly located on the 7th and top floor (with a lift) of a modern apartment building, this spacious air-conditioned apartment provides the ideal base for a relaxing getaway in the picturesque town of Riva del Garda.

The property is situated in a peaceful residential area and benefits from two private balconies: one overlooks Lake Garda, the historic tower, the surrounding mountains, and the rooftops of Riva del Garda; the other faces the majestic Arco Castle. A bistro table and chairs provides the perfect alfresco spot for a morning coffee or an evening aperitif.

Inside, guests will find a spacious open-plan living room furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. The separate kitchen is fitted with a Dolce Gusto espresso machine, an American-style coffee maker, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a fridge freezer.

The property is located on the northern tip of Lake Garda, a short 15-minute walk from the historic centre of Riva del Garda, where guests can browse the quaint boutiques and find historic landmarks, including the Apponale Tower and MAG-Museo Alto Garda, a medieval castle with archaeological displays and paintings (a 30-minute walk). Sun seekers can head to Spiaggia Riva del Garda and Spiaggia Sabbioni (both a 5-minute drive).

Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lakeside cycle routes or enjoy paddle boarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake. There are also hiking areas like Sentiero del Ponale and Tagliata del Ponale, both a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Golf enthusiasts can find Altogarda Golf a 3-minute drive away. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are an 8-minute drive.
