The front door leads from the terrace directly into the open-plan living space, which is furnished with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, storage, a dining table with chairs and a sleek corner kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.

The apartment has a terraced veranda, furnished with a dining table for meals al fresco, as well as a sofa and chairs, so guests can relax and enjoy their surroundings. There is a BBQ, which is shared with the other apartments and communal gardens.

Sleeping Bedroom: The master bedroom has an attractive double bed and a door that opens onto the veranda. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Location Between Torre dell’Orso and Otranto, guests are well-located whether they want to explore Puglia’s ancient past or relax in the sun. The apartment is close to some of Salento’s most beautiful beaches, including Spiaggia della Punticeddha (5 minutes), Baia dei Turchi (12 minutes) and the Faraglioni di Sant’Andrea bathing rocks (5 minutes).

For more active holiday-makers there is a surfing point just 2 minutes from the property and kitesurfing only 3 minutes away. Away from the coast visitors can enjoy the Alimini Lakes which are a haven for bird watchers. Alimini Grande is just a 5-minute drive. Here visitors can enjoy hiking, picnicking and swimming or they can hire canoes.

The peaceful port town of Otranto (15 minutes) makes a lovely day out. Here, visitors can enjoy the castle, a lively port and excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday morning) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home. If you miss the market, there are several supermarkets in the town.

The closest airport is at Brindisi - 1 hour and 5 minutes away by car.
