Location The residence is located a 12-minute walk from Marina di Felloniche and an 8-minute drive from Santa Maria di Leuca at the southern-most tip of the Salento Peninsula. The villa is ideally situated a 5-minute walk from the closest beach, Baia di Ciardo, which offers breathtaking views of the coastline.

Other beaches nearby include Felloniche Spiaggia, a 3-minute drive/15-minute walk, whilst the white sandy shores and crystal-clear waters of Spiaggia di Pescoluse (Maldive del Salento) are just a 10-minute drive away. There is also a marina in Santa Maria di Leuca where visitors can find boat tours, rentals and a diving centre (an 8-minute drive).
