Conveniently located in the Residence I Fari holiday village, close to Porto San Paolo’s hub of boutiques, supermarkets and restaurants, this ground-floor apartment is an excellent choice for a getaway with family or friends. The property enjoys a private garden and covered veranda, perfect for dining alfresco or quietly relaxing with a good book.

Inside, the open-plan living area looks out to the garden through large, sliding glass doors. This area is furnished with a double sofa-bed, a dining table with 4 chairs and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a cooker hob, and a fridge-freezer.

There is a shared new swimming pool within the I Fari residence, which guests can use at €15/person for the day.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with bunk beds and a wardrobe.

Location

The property is located in Porto San Paolo, a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape.

The town centres around a small marina (an 8-minute walk) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara and enjoy the various boutiques, restaurants and bars. Several nearby beaches are great places for snorkelling. (Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina is an 11-minute drive and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo a 15-minute walk)

Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are within easy reach, La Cinta (a 15-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (an 11-minute drive). Capo Coda Cavallo is also within easy reach, often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia", it is renowned for the hidden beaches of Cala Randinchi and Salina Bamba (both a 15-minute drive away). There are also many sporting activities available nearby, such as surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 30-minute drive from the property, whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive from the accommodation. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of June 2026 to the 15th of September 2026
