The L-shaped living area is furnished in a contemporary style, with a sofa, a day bed, a flat-screen TV and French windows that open onto the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Guests can relax and enjoy meals al fresco on the private, shaded terrace. Furnished with a table and chairs, it makes a lovely outdoor dining room, looking out over the private garden.

Sleeping The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed, and the daybed is a single bed.

Location Porto San Paolo is a picturesque resort within the Mesara Marine Protected Area. It is blessed with white sandy beaches and a turquoise sea. It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, whether you want to lie on the beach or enjoy a wide selection of water sports. Life centres around the busy marina, which offers restaurants, bars and shops under the shaded arcades.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock.

Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).

Olbia Airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment.
