This studio apartment is quietly situated on the outskirts of Porto San Paolo, an 8-minute drive from the marina and centre of town.

This cosy escape is quietly situated on the ground floor of a three-floor building and features a small open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a flatscreen TV. This area also incorporates the kitchen, which is equipped with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, and a fridge freezer.

A pretty covered veranda provides a comfortable alfresco extension to the main living space furnished with a dining table and comfortable seating: the ideal place for a morning coffee, an aperitif or leisurely evening meals.

Location

The property is located on the outskirts of the Porto San Paolo resort, a marine protected area on the northeastern coastline of Sardinia. The surrounding sea is famous for its beautiful turquoise colour and the island of Tavolara that dominates the coastal landscape. The town centres around a small marina (an 8-minute drive) where visitors can catch a ferry to visit Tavolara Island and enjoy the various boutiques, restaurants and bars. There is a restaurant and a grocery store, a 4-minute drive away.

Beach lovers will enjoy Spiaggia Pizzichina Corallina (a 10-minute drive) and Spiaggia di Porto San Paolo (an 8-minute drive), which are great places for snorkelling. Two of Northern Sardinia’s most famous beaches are also within easy reach, La Cinta (an 8-minute drive) and Lu Impostu (a 15-minute drive), and the hidden beaches of Capo Coda Cavallo, (Cala Randinchi and Salina Bamba) which are often referred to as the "Tahiti of Sardinia", are also a 15-minute drive from the accommodation. There are also many sporting activities available nearby, such as surfing, diving, horse riding, tennis and golf.

Olbia airport is a 20-minute drive from the property, whilst the Port of Olbia is approximately a 35-minute drive from the accommodation.
