The property is arranged on the ground floor of a three-story building in a gated courtyard development where guests can enjoy alfresco dining or an evening aperitif in the peaceful surroundings.

The air-conditioned interior incorporates the kitchen, dining room and a discreet sleeping space positioned next to the bathroom. This space is furnished with a dining table, sofa, a flatscreen TV, a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen is fitted with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven and a fridge freezer.

Gardone’s charming lakeside promenade is a 15-minute walk / 4-minute drive away. Here, guests can stroll amongst the palm trees and stop at one of the gelaterias or cafés. The nearest beach, Rimbalzello Spiaggia Lago di Garda, is a 2-minute drive / 15-minute walk, and guests can find boat rentals, guided lake tours, and water sports facilities in the historic town of Salo (a 5-minute drive).

Nearby attractions include Vittoriale degli Italiani, the sprawling hillside estate and the former residence of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio (a 15-minute walk / 3-minute drive).
