Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen offering a gas stove, an electric oven, a microwave, 2 toasters, a kettle, a Dolce Gusto machine, a Moka pot, an immersion blender, a dishwasher, and a Smart TV.

Step outside into a private garden oasis featuring two delightful seating areas—one shaded with an umbrella. Beyond the seaside, this property makes an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. The charming walled city of Lucca is just 25 minutes away, perfect for a day trip filled with history and culture. Pistoia, with its rich artistic heritage, can be reached in about 40 minutes. The world-famous city of Florence is accessible in around 1 hour and 20 minutes by car. For those wishing to visit the enchanting Cinque Terre, a combination of car and train from Viareggio station takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
