Quietly located in the Teola district of the year-round resort of Livigno, this rustic retreat with ski storage is the ideal choice for groups of family and friends. Arranged on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building, the property benefits from a small balcony that provides the perfect place for a morning coffee whilst enjoying the views.

Inside, the property features wood-beamed ceilings in the main living space and chalet-style wood panelling in the bedrooms. The apartment centres around a cosy open-plan living space that opens onto the balcony. The ideal place for unwinding after a day on the slopes, the space is furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a flatscreen Satellite TV. The separate kitchen is fitted with a Moka coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is situated in the Teola district of the year-round alpine ski resort of Livigno, close to the Swiss border.

There is a shuttle stop, a restaurant and a small supermarket within walking distance. In the centre of town (a 3-minute drive / 15-minute walk), guests will find an extensive range of restaurants, cafes and bars, alongside live music venues and tax-free shopping opportunities. Perfect for winter sports, Livigno is home to one of the best Snowboard parks in all of Europe, a great Ski school and a fantastic range of Ski runs; perfect for all ages and abilities. From Snow Go-karting, ice skating, zip wiring, horse riding and gym work outs to tree-top climbing at the Larix Park; there is also as much to enjoy off the Ski slopes! Mottolino Fun Mountain and the main Livigno Ski Area are both approximately a 3-minute drive away.

The resort is also popular with hikers and climbers in the spring and summer months, and the Mottolino Bike Park (a 4-minute drive) offers a spectacular setting for cyclists too.
