Heating Charges: Heating (LPG) is charged based on consumption at €4 per cubic meter, payable on site. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of €200 is required in cash upon arrival during check-in. Tourist Tax: €1 per person, per day, for a maximum of 15 days. Guests under 16 years of age are exempt.
