A washing machine is also available for guests' convenience. The living room leads to a small balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and summer evenings.

Outside, the residence's charm extends to a shared swimming pool and a large, well-maintained garden, ideal for spending pleasant afternoons in the sun. On the top floor of the residence, guests can access a residential solarium terrace to enjoy splendid views of the lake.

Very important: Access to the pool is permitted only during opening hours and under the strict supervision of a lifeguard. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. A swimming cap is mandatory in the pool. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the charming lakeside promenade of Gardone Riviera and the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani; this property offers both convenience and tranquility. With a short 5-7 minute walk, guests can reach the marina, boat transport services, and scenic lakeside hiking areas, ideal for those who love outdoor activities and want to explore the lake.
