On the ground floor, the apartment sleeps 4 people in comfort. Guests enter through the private garden, which leads to the shaded veranda and into the open-plan living space. The veranda serves as an outdoor dining room, with a table and chairs for memorable meals al fresco. French windows take you to the sitting area, with a contemporary corner sofa, flat-screen TV and a second dining table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and fridge/freezer.

Sleeping Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and extensive storage. Bedroom 2: The cosy second bedroom has a bunk bed and some storage.

Location The apartment is part of an attractive complex, set in extensive gardens close to the centre of Porto San Paolo, a picturesque resort, within the Mesara Marine Protected Area. The area is blessed with white sandy beaches and turquoise sea. It has everything you need for a relaxing and fun holiday, whether you want to lie on the beach or enjoy a wide selection of water sports. Life centres around the busy marina, which offers restaurants, bars and shops under the shaded arcades.

The island of Tavolara is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king. There is a regular boat service from Porto San Paolo’s dock.

Olbia hosts farmers’ markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo (25 minutes).

Olbia Airport is just a 16-minute drive from the apartment.
