The farmhouse is arranged on two separate levels that are not internally connected — the ground floor offers a welcoming living/dining area with a kitchen, four double bedrooms; the first floor, reached by an external staircase, features its own kitchen/dining area and three double bedrooms — ideal for groups seeking privacy and flexible living arrangements. Wheelchair access is provided, making the property suitable for guests of all age groups.

Outside, the estate feels like a private countryside retreat. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a large garden and a generous 7 × 14 m swimming pool with a coverable structure, allowing comfortable use even in cooler seasons. A covered veranda, perfectly equipped for alfresco dining, and a dedicated BBQ area make outdoor meals a pleasure. Bedroom 1: This bedroom has a double bed, a bunk bed and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 are on the 1st floor and have a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bathroom All 7 bathrooms are en-suite and feature a shower, wash basin, and WC.
