The farmhouse is arranged on two separate levels that are not internally connected — the ground floor offers a welcoming living/dining area with a kitchen, one double bedroom and a second double bedroom with an extra bunk bed; the first floor, reached by an external staircase, features its own kitchen/dining area and three double bedrooms — ideal for groups seeking privacy and flexible living arrangements. Wheelchair access is provided, making the property suitable for guests of all age groups.

Outside, the estate feels like a private countryside retreat. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a large garden and a generous 7 × 14 m swimming pool with a coverable structure, allowing comfortable use even in cooler seasons.
