Inside, the one-story property features the curved lines of the original architecture, exposed stonework, whitewashed walls and a practical tiled floor. The inviting open plan living space incorporates a small kitchen and is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart flatscreen digital TV. The kitchen is fitted with a coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob, and a fridge.

A loggia provides a semi-alfresco extension to the internal living space and offers a shady spot to enjoy family mealtimes. Guests will also discover a BBQ that allows for cookouts under the stars, while ample outdoor seating and sun loungers provide the perfect spot to relax and soak up the warm Italian sunshine in the private garden. There’s also a private unheated pool for a refreshing dip.
