The main living space is built in the authentic Tuscan style with wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The room is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a wooden dining table for 6. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer.

Outside, guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Tuscan landscape. The property features a shared garden. The private terrace has spectacular views across the surrounding countryside. The shaded private outdoor dining area has access to a shared barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals surrounded by greenery.

Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours, in accordance with municipal regulations, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., under penalty of a fine. Please note that the property is equipped with a decibel detector. €1,000.00 security deposit by credit card is required. (€2,000.00 security deposit by credit card for guests under 21 years of age.) Any damages or extraordinary cleaning costs (such as uncollected rubbish, unwashed dishes, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. Heating €50/day from 15th October to 15th April (to be paid at time of booking)
