The property is located at the entrance to the Mont Blanc valley in the small alpine town of Pré-Saint-Didier near the borders with France and Switzerland. The closest Ski Lift is just a 6-minute walk away, and the thermal baths of Pré-Saint-Didier are just a 3-minute walk. The closest restaurant is a 1-minute walk, and the closest supermarket is a 2-minute walk.

The resort is part of the larger Mont Blanc ski area, with a wide range of slopes suitable for all levels. In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails.
