The property is ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from La Cinta beach in the popular resort of San Teodoro. The town is celebrated for its white-sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters. Visitors can spend their days swimming and sunbathing at La Cinta, Cala Brandinchi (a 15-minute drive), and Lu Impostu (a 10-minute drive) enjoy snorkelling and boat trips along the coast, or explore the nearby lagoon (a 9-minute drive), home to pink flamingos and walking trails.
