The apartment is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, in the hamlet of Dolonne, within Courmayeur, one of the most renowned alpine resorts in northwestern Italy. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, Courmayeur offers a wide range of ski slopes suitable for all levels and is famous for its off-piste opportunities, including the Vallée Blanche.

The Telecabina Dolonne cable car to Mont Blanc is a minutes' walk away, and Plan Chécrouit Ski Resort is a scenic 15-minute drive. Fitness enthusiasts can also visit the rock-climbing centre, sports complex and gym, all less than a 10-minute walk from the property. The closest restaurant is a minute's walk from the accommodation, and there are two supermarkets less than a 5-minute drive away.
