Quietly situated on the 4th floor of a 9-storey building, the property features an open-plan living space that's furnished with a large L-shaped sofa, a Smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. This space also incorporates a small kitchen that's equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, an oven and a fridge freezer.

The balcony provides an alfresco extension that's ideal for outdoor dining or an evening aperitif.

The property is situated in Vlorë, one of Albania’s oldest and most important coastal cities. Vlorë's centre features broad boulevards, palm-lined squares and historic landmarks, including the Independence Monument (a 20-minute walk) and the National Museum of Independence (a 10-minute walk).

Perfectly positioned along the seashore, the property offers a wonderful balance of peaceful seclusion and easy access to vibrant coastal life. The marina and the closest beach are both approximately a 10-minute walk away. The Albanian Riviera begins just south of the city with turquoise coves and mountain-backed beaches.

Visitors can take boat trips from the marina to the Karaburun Peninsula and the marine-rich waters around Sazan Island. Nature lovers will also enjoy a trip to the Llogara National Park (a 45-minute drive), where mountain roads and forested slopes open onto spectacular views of the Ionian coast
