The apartment is situated in the picturesque seaside hamlet of Capolungo on the eastern edge of Genoa, between Nervi (a 15-minute walk / 4-minute drive) and Bogliasco (a 20-minute walk / 12-minute drive).

Capolungo enjoys a peaceful atmosphere with old fishermen’s houses, narrow lanes and small inlets along the sea. It is particularly appreciated for its bathing spots among the rocks and for its connection to the scenic Passeggiata Anita Garibaldi, the famous promenade that links the area with Nervi. The closest beach to the apartment is Spiaggia pubblica di Capolungo (a 3-minute walk), and there is a restaurant a similar distance away. For self-catering, there is a small grocery store and a supermarket within a couple of minutes' walk.

For culture and history visitors can head to the ancient palaces and bustling squares of Genoa's "Porto Antico," the revitalised waterfront full of shops, restaurants, and the Aquarium of Genoa, which are all a 25-minute drive away.
