Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a 10-storey building, the apartment features a bright air-conditioned living space that's furnished with a double sofa bed, a smart flatscreen TV and a dining table. This space also incorporates a kitchen that's equipped with: a Nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob and a fridge freezer. There is also a private parking space available for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: The 1st airconditioned bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: The 2nd airconditioned bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wardrobe.

Extra: There is also a single sofa bed in the living room.

The outdoor pool is available from May 15 to September 20 for an additional cost of €10 per person. The Spa & Wellness centre operates year-round for an additional cost of €25 per person, available from 15:00 to 21:00. Location

The apartment is situated a 15-minute drive from the historic centre of Vlorë, on the Albanian Riviera, a 5-minute walk from Government Villas Beach and a 6-minute drive from the popular Lungomare and Nosso Beaches.

Vlorë is one of Albania’s most important coastal cities, situated where the Adriatic Sea meets the Ionian Sea. It combines beaches, history and a lively waterfront atmosphere. One of Albania’s oldest cities, Vlorë's centre features broad boulevards, palm-lined squares and historic landmarks, including the Independence Monument and the nearby National Museum of Independence.

The closest restaurant is a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and for self-catering, there is a supermarket a 4-minute drive away.

The waters around the Karaburun Peninsula and Sazan Island offer boat trips to enjoy swimming and the dramatic coastal scenery. Trips can be taken from the ferry port.

The closest international airport is Tirana Airport in Albania, a 2-hour drive from the apartment. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2026 to the 20th of September 2026
