With two golf courses within 5 kilometres, the townhouse with three bedrooms is a perfect vacation home for up to 6 guests.

The holiday house offers its guests the opportunity to spend their Lake Maggiore vacation surrounded by greenery. There is a shared garden and a communal pool to which guests have access during their stay. There is a covered terrace too, where guests can dine while enjoying the natural views.

Inside the townhouse, a lovely living room awaits the guests. It has pleasant décor and a relaxing ambience. There is a dedicated sitting area with books and a TV to keep the guests company. There is also a cute section where guests can dine indoors. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a small fridge, a washing machine and a toaster. The kitchen has a door to the outdoors, making it all the more pleasant to prepare homemade meals.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The beautiful bedroom with en-suite facility has a king-size double bed, an armchair and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The lovely room has a selection of books, a pair of single beds that can be joined and a wardrobe. Bedroom 3: The sunny room has a single bed, a work desk and a wardrobe.

Extra: The single sofa bed in the living room makes for a comfortable sleeping space for one guest.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1: The nice bathroom en-suite with the master bedroom has a bathtub, a bidet and a WC. Bathroom 2: The spacious bathroom features a shower cubicle, a bidet and a WC.

There is also a service bathroom on the ground floor with a washbasin, a WC and a washing machine.

Location

The hillside house is surrounded by greenery and occupies a sunny position. The beautiful commune of Gignese is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the various attractions near Lake Maggiore. The spectacular Alpinia Botanical Garden (7 minutes) that overlooks the serene lake is like a natural balcony from where one can admire the panoramic view of the landscape. Gignese is especially known for being home to a number of chapels and shrines. It is a perfect base to explore the various destinations such as Stresa, the Borromean Islands, Belgirate, Lesa and others.

The nearest restaurant to the holiday house is only a kilometre away. The lake, shops, and the supermarket are about 6 kilometres or less than 10 minutes’ drive from here.

The nearest airport is only 48 kilometres away. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2026 to the 14th of September 2026
