Villa Ana Pool & Terrace

Enjoy the sea view from the balcony or just relax by the pool. This modern, semi-detached villa for 6 is less than 5 minutes from the centre of Vodice. Full of light, this 3-storey villa is designed for indoor and outdoor living. It is ideal for friends or family who want a mix of relaxation and adventure.

On the ground floor, there is an airy, open-plan living space with two sets of glass doors opening onto the private garden. It is furnished with an attractive L-shaped sofa and a large, flat-screen TV. The dining table seats 6 and is next to the new, fitted kitchen. The kitchen is separated by a convenient breakfast bar, for quick snacks. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

There is another open-plan kitchen/living area on the second floor. The kitchen is fully-equipped and there is a dining table for 4 people. Glass doors lead from the living space onto a spacious terrace. This is furnished with a sofa, armchairs and dining table for meals al fresco. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views, making it the ideal spot for sundowners.

There is another terrace by private swimming pool. There are seats next to the pool, as well as sun loungers to the side of the house and a comfortable sitting/dining area.

Sleeping All three bedrooms are on the first floor. They are furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms There are three separate bathrooms on the first floor. Each is appointed with a glass shower, basin and WC. Extra: There is also a separate WC on the ground floor.

Location The resort town of Vodice is known for its vibrant nightlife and bustling marina. Visitors can enjoy the unspoiled beaches both in town and along the coast. It is also a good base for exploring the many islands nearby. The seafront promenade is home to many lively bars, cafés and restaurants serving fresh seafood and regional dishes.

For self-catering, there are daily markets in the centre of Vodice where you can find fresh fish and seafood, as well as local fruit and vegetables.

The beautiful coastal town of Šibenik is 20 minutes away. Here, visitors can lose themselves in the quiet, cobbled streets, or marvel at the two UNESCO World Heritage Sites – the Cathedral of St James’s and the St Nicholas Fort.

Zadar International Airport is a 50-minute drive, and Split Airport is 1 hour and 10 minutes. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2026 to the 30th of September 2026
