The atmospheric pool area anchors a big walled garden where the games never run out: a basketball court, football goals, a bocce court that comes into its own on lamplit evenings, tennis rackets, and a swing, slide and playhouse for the littlest guests. When appetites arrive, the covered stone pavilion with its grand open-fire barbecue and summer kitchenette is built for long Dalmatian feasts.

Inside, everything sits on one easy level: three air-conditioned double bedrooms, two shower rooms, an air-conditioned living room whose double sofa bed sleeps 2 extra guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, so grandparents, parents and children all holiday on the same floor.
