Set on one easy level in the village of Čista Velika, this detached holiday home for 10 is a place to do everything or blissfully nothing. Wellness comes first: a private outdoor Jacuzzi bubbles beside the new pool, whose walls wear hand-painted murals of waterfalls and the Croatian coast, with hammocks slung in the shade and loungers waiting between dips. Then the play begins, with a pool table in the stone-walled barbecue room, table football, darts, football goals, badminton rackets and a trampoline, so every age finds its game before dinner sizzles on the grill.

Inside, five bedrooms sleep the whole party, with air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, three shower rooms sharing the load, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Pets are welcome too, so nobody stays home.

This holiday home sits in Čista Velika, an inland village estate ringed by four different day-trip directions: coast, lake, island and waterfalls. The village itself covers the basics with a friendly little market a few minutes from the house, and the pace stays wonderfully unhurried until you choose your direction. The coast comes first for most: the Pirovac waterfront and marina are just a 20-minute drive, with the pine-shaded, family-friendly Starine beach and a supermarket at the town's edge, and the resort buzz of Vodice a short drive further south. Nature answers in two more directions, with Vransko jezero, Croatia's largest lake and a birdwatchers' nature park of boardwalks and observation towers, a 25-minute drive one way, and the waterfalls of Krka National Park the same distance the other. For island time, Tisno and the bridge to Murter open up the fourth direction.

The nearest airport is Zadar Airport, approximately a 50-minute drive from this holiday home near Pirovac. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2026 to the 30th of September 2026
