Ski In-Ski Out Apartment in Peio Val di Sole

Ski out of the door each morning and walk straight back to it by afternoon at this modern ground-floor apartment, right in the centre of Peio Fonti at 1,345 metres in Val di Peio. Sleeping 2, it makes an easy, comfortable base for a couple in both winter and summer. Inside, the living area is furnished with a sofa, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a corner bench with a dining table, and the well-equipped kitchen comes fitted with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and fridge-freezer. Wooden parquet floors and electric radiators run throughout, and Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to the residence's shared garden, as well as a heated communal ski and boot room located directly below the apartment — so equipment stays warm and dry, ready for the slopes each morning.

Please note: small dogs up to 10 kg are welcome with prior notice, and the property is non-smoking. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Keys are handed out by the on-site caretaker until 7:00 pm; guests arriving later will be contacted with instructions for key collection. Parking access requires a remote control and a green permit ticket, both provided by the caretaker.

Location: In winter, the Pejo 3000 ski area within the Stelvio National Park offers 20km of slopes between 1,400 and 3,000 metres, alongside cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, snowshoeing and ice skating. The Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta ski pass extends access to 380km of slopes across 8 ski areas in Trentino, including Madonna di Campiglio and Pontedilegno-Tonale. In summer, the valley opens up to hiking trails for every level, mountain biking routes and rafting on the Noce river. The Mezoli two-seater chairlift (lift no. 6) is just 50 metres from the apartment, while the Tarlenta gondola (lift no. 1), 100 metres away, connects straight up to the Pejo 3000 cable car (lift no. 7), climbing to 3,000 metres and opening an 8km run back down to the village. Shops, a supermarket and restaurants are around 50 metres away, and the Terme di Pejo thermal spa is just 100 metres from the door. Tennis courts are 200 metres from the apartment, a golf course is 17km away, and the nearest railway station is 12km away.
