Quietly situated on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building, the property is centrally located and provides a comfortable year-round retreat. In the winter months, guests can ski in and ski out, and in the summer visitors can go hiking or biking through the forests and alpine meadows.

Guests will find a cosy open-plan living area that features a comfortable sofa bed, a digital flat-screen TV and a dining table. This space also incorporates a small kitchen that's equipped with a coffee machine, an oven, an induction hob, a toaster and a fridge

Outside, guests will find a small balcony that's ideal for enjoying morning coffees and the fresh mountain air.

Sleeping Bedroom 1: The bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed.

Location

The apartment is situated close to the centre of the alpine resort of Sestriere, where the 2006 Winter Olympics were held. The town enjoys easy access to the mountains and excellent facilities for skiing and snowboarding, with well-maintained slopes and lifts. The resort suits skiers and snowboarders of all levels and guests can ski in and out directly from the apartment. There are also opportunities for cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing.

In the summer, visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are also numerous mountain biking tracks for all levels, as well as tennis, golf (Sestriere Golf Club is a 5-minute walk), and swimming.

Visitors will also find many restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets, all within walking distance (including a Pizza restaurant right below). For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities; the closest is a 2-minute walk away.

Turin airport is a 1-hour and 30-minute drive from the apartment.
