The property is situated in the rural village of Kakma in the countryside close to the popular coastal resort of Biograd na Moru (a 15-minute drive) and the beautiful Adriatic coastline. The surrounding landscape is a mixture of fields, olive groves and Mediterranean countryside.

Nearby excursions include a trip to Lake Vrana Nature Park (a 10-minute drive), Croatia's largest natural lake, an excellent destination for cycling, walking, birdwatching and kayaking. For a day at the seaside, visitors can head to the lively historic coastal town of Biograd na Moru, with beaches, a marina, restaurants and boat excursions. From here you can also arrange trips to the Kornati Islands, a spectacular archipelago of more than 140 islands and islets. The village is connected to Biograd by a 25.4 km cycling route. For family fun, there's also a Water Park a 10-minute drive away.

The nearby coastline is also home to charming beachside restaurants, lively bars, and cafés where guests can experience authentic local flavours while taking in beautiful sea views.
