The local slopes, part of the Via Lattea ski area, are just five minutes away, and the villages of Sauze d'Oulx and Cesana Torinese, gateway to Montgenèvre in France, are both around a 15-minute drive. Pragelato is about 20 minutes away, Bardonecchia and Montgenèvre itself are 25 to 40 minutes' drive, and Turin is around an hour and 45 minutes away for a day of culture and shopping, with Gran Paradiso National Park roughly 2 hours away for hiking and alpine scenery. Turin Airport is a similar hour-and-45-minute drive, and intercity public transport is within walking distance.
