The property is one of eight independent apartments within the farmhouse estate. Each apartment has been carefully furnished in a warm and welcoming style and features its own private entrance, ensuring peace, privacy and a relaxing stay.

The Apartment

Spread over two levels, the apartment offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, guests will find a bright living area with a lounge and kitchen, furnished in a practical yet cosy style. Part of the living room can be separated to create an additional single bedroom. This floor also includes a double bedroom with private bathroom and a further bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with a French-style double bed and private bathroom, as well as an open-plan bedroom with two single beds.

The interiors feature a warm, traditional style that blends perfectly with the surrounding rural landscape.

Outdoor Spaces

The apartment has a private terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying al fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners. A barbecue is also available, allowing guests to make the most of warm summer evenings outdoors.

The large shared garden surrounding the farmhouse is beautifully maintained, with the same attention to detail found throughout the interiors. It provides plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.

By the shared outdoor swimming pool, guests will find sun loungers and parasols, ideal for spending relaxing days in the sunshine. The garden also features a children's play area and a table tennis table.

Pets are welcome. In shared areas, pets must be kept on a lead to ensure the comfort of all guests. A supplement of €5 per pet per day applies.

Nature lovers can explore nearby Lake Chiusi, an ideal destination for scenic walks, hiking and birdwatching. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno, including Lido Arezzo, can be reached in around 12 minutes by car.
