Located on the first floor, this bright and welcoming apartment is one of only eight independent apartments within the farmhouse estate, set in the peaceful Umbrian countryside near Lake Trasimeno. Surrounded by olive trees and beautiful landscapes, each apartment has its own private entrance, offering guests privacy and tranquillity.

The Space A private staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a spacious open-plan living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large traditional fireplace, a beautiful antique chest of drawers and a flat-screen TV.

The kitchen and dining area are separated from the living room by a half-height wall, creating a cosy yet practical layout. The dining area features a rustic wooden table with chairs, while the elegant blue and light wood kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. A small oven is available on request.

From the dining area, guests can access a private balcony offering wonderful views over the garden and the surrounding hills. The balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining area, as well as sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Guests have access to the beautiful shared garden surrounding the farmhouse. By the outdoor swimming pool, you will find comfortable sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing under the Italian sun.

The garden also includes a children's play area and a table tennis table, making the property ideal for families.

Pets are welcome. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must be kept on a lead in shared areas. A supplement of €5 per pet per day applies.

Additional Charges Tourist tax: €2 per person per day (maximum 5 days) for guests over 10 years old, payable locally. Air conditioning: €8 per day, payable at the time of booking.
