The property is arranged over two levels and features a bright open-plan living space furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a kitchenette equipped with a gas hob, a fridge and a Moka coffee machine.

Outside, guests can dine al fresco on the furnished private terrace, perfect for tranquil breakfasts, lunches or dinners immersed in the peace of the countryside.

There is also a beautiful shared pool with a solarium, a large garden, a shared barbecue area, table tennis and a characteristic oak forest that makes the stay even more relaxing. A dedicated play area is also available for the little ones.

Additional costs

Tourist tax: 2 € per person per day (maximum 5 days) for guests over the age of 10, to be paid on site. Air conditioning: 8 € per day, payable at the time of booking. Final cleaning: 35 € per stay, payable at the time of booking. For groups under the age of 21, a security deposit of €350 is required, to be paid on arrival.

Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the historic centre of Castiglione del Lago, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with the evocative Rocca del Leone and the Palazzo della Corgna, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Lake Trasimeno.

For nature lovers, the nearby Lake Chiusi offers panoramic routes ideal for walking, trekking and birdwatching. The beaches of Lake Trasimeno, such as Lido Arezzo, can be reached in about 12 minutes by car.

Nearby you will find typical restaurants, supermarkets and all the main services. The area is also perfect for cycling, hiking, horseback riding and visiting the characteristic villages of Umbria and Tuscany.
