Masseria Saracino Pool And Garden

Escape to a traditional stone-built masseria on the edge of Martano, a beautifully restored farmhouse retreat that sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Inside, a light-filled living room with air conditioning opens through an arched doorway onto the garden, its patterned rug and simple, elegant furnishings setting a relaxed, homely tone. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and fridge on hand, while free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV keep guests connected and entertained.

Outside, the villa comes into its own. Ivy-draped stone walls and a fenced lawn wrap around a private, unheated infinity pool, lit beautifully at dusk, with a shaded pergola lounge alongside it for slow afternoons. A separate stone outdoor kitchen with wood-beamed ceilings and dining space is made for alfresco meals, there's a barbecue for evening grilling and a table tennis table for family games, all set in a quiet, sun-soaked spot amid the surrounding greenery.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: Offers a comfortable double bed with a wardrobe and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3: Each provide a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and their own ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 4: Double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning with own ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony and terrace, reached via an external staircase from outside the villa.

Bathroom

Bathroom 1 is fitted with a WC, bidet and shower. Bathrooms 2, 3 and 4 are en suite to their bedrooms and are each fitted with a WC, bidet and shower.

Please note: A daily fee of €120 applies and covers lawn and pool maintenance, utilities, final cleaning, linen and towel changes, and cleaning every three days.

Location

Martano's town centre, with its baroque churches, piazzas and Megalithic Garden, is a short walk or about a five-minute drive away. The Adriatic coast is close by too, with the beaches of Baia dei Turchi and Torre dell'Orso a scenic drive away, and the historic port town of Otranto, with its mosaic-floored cathedral and seafront promenade, around 20 minutes away by car. The baroque city of Lecce is about 25 minutes' drive, and the fortified old town of Gallipoli, on the Ionian coast, around 40 minutes. Brindisi Airport, the nearest for domestic and European flights, is roughly 55 minutes' drive away. Please note that the pool is open from the 17th of April 2026 to the 16th of October 2026
