French doors lead out onto a beautiful and sunny Balcony terrace with panoramic lake views over Lake Maggiore.

A newly fitted contemporary Kitchen with all the desired appliances is also provided, ensuring your self-catering holiday is as homely and comfortable as possible! A dining area is also provided which is ideal for large dinner party gatherings. Guest can also enjoy the outside table and chairs.

The sleeping accommodation is spacious and luxuriously comfortable with 2 Double size Bedrooms and many high quality furnishings. A Sofa bed to the Living can also be utilised so that the apartment can sleep up to 5 guests comfortably.

Outside the property an elevator is situated which takes guests to the ground floor of this beautiful and well-equipped Residence which offers onsite services including a Property Manager, and a wide range of activities including a Lakefront Lido with Swimming pools (open jul 1 to sept 30), Jacuzzi and a Sailing Club and Marina with boat moorings. A climbing wall, Tennis Courts, Beach Volley ball and Mountain biking though wild woodland trails are other activities which be enjoyed by residents in Golfo del Sole.

Six prestigious Golf Clubs are all situated within a 40km radius from the residence and Skiing can be found at Forcora which is only 15 minutes away, or guests can travel to the well-known Swiss ski resorts of San Bernardino, Airolo and Andermatt which can be reached in just over an hour.

The very pretty ancient town of Maccagno with its imposing medieval tower overlooking the wonderful marina and its cafes, shops and sandy beach is a popular visitor attraction in itself and enjoys a very warm and mild year round climate.

Local visitor attractions include the Borromeo Islands with their splendid Italian style gardens, the ancient Angera Castle that dates back to the XIIth century, the hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso, the splendid Villas run by FAI (the Italian National Trust) and the gardens of Villa Taranto in Verbania.
