The gated villa is located along the side road of "Via Calagrande", in Massarosa, 10 minutes' walk from a nice and typical Italian restaurant and 9 minutes' drive from the coast. In addition, guests will be 14-21 minutes' drive from the famous resorts of nearby Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of April 2026 to the 2nd of November 2026
