Surrounded by 4 hectares of olive groves, fruit trees, flowering gardens, and Mediterranean greenery, this charming rural farmhouse accommodates up to 6 guests and offers an authentic countryside retreat in the heart of Salento. The property features a large private swimming pool (6m x 12m), a beautiful pond with goldfish, shaded gazebos, a piano bar area, and spacious outdoor spaces designed for relaxation. Just a short drive from Lecce and the renowned Salento coastline, it is an ideal base for experiencing the natural beauty of Puglia.

The accommodation consists of two guest rooms with separate entrances, each equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and wardrobe space. Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, and Mokka machine. In front of the rooms, a spacious brick courtyard with covered gazebos, tables, and chairs provides a pleasant setting for outdoor dining.

Sleeping Both bedrooms have a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.

Bathrooms There are 2 bathrooms, both fitted with a shower, WC, and bidet.

Please note that the property managers live in a separate wing of the farmhouse, screened to ensure guest privacy. Three dogs and three cats reside on the property. Open-air parking is available on-site. A baby cot (€20) and highchair (€15) are available on request and subject to availability.

Nestled in the countryside of San Donato di Lecce, the farmhouse offers a peaceful rural setting while remaining close to many of Salento's highlights. The historic centre of Lecce is approximately a 20-minute drive away, offering stunning Baroque architecture, lively piazzas, and excellent dining opportunities. The beautiful beaches of both the Adriatic and Ionian coasts can be reached within 25–35 minutes by car, making day trips to the sea easy and convenient.

The nearest international airport is Brindisi Airport, approximately 50 minutes away by car. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2026 to the 30th of September 2026
