The apartment boasts a well-equipped open-plan kitchen-diner featuring a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, cooker hob, fridge, and ample dining space. This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a three-story building, ensuring easy access.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a dining table, perfect for al fresco meals. The shared outdoor pool is heated (till 15th October), providing a relaxing spot to unwind amidst the greenery. Additionally, a small playground is available for children, enhancing the family-friendly atmosphere.
